What is the True Born Discovery Experience?

The Discovery Experience is our curated trial box featuring five 7.5ml fragrances. It allows you to explore our Extraits or EDPs in your own time, on your own skin — without committing to a full bottle right away.

How does the “Try, Love, Upgrade” offer work?

Once you purchase a Discovery Box, you receive a £49 credit that can be redeemed toward any 100ml full-size fragrance. If you fall in love with one (or more), simply upgrade — your credit is instantly applied at checkout.

 What if I don’t like any of the fragrances?

If none of the fragrances resonate with you, you may request a 100% refund within 30 days of receiving your box.
All we ask is that at least 80% of each vial remains.

Is the £49 upgrade credit transferable?

No — the upgrade credit is unique to you and applied directly to your account. It cannot be transferred or gifted.

Can I redeem the credit on multiple bottles?

The credit can be applied to one full-size perfume, but you may upgrade to multiple bottles if you wish — the discount will apply to the first bottle.

 What is the difference between the Extrait and EDP Discovery Boxes?

Extrait de Parfum:
Ultra-concentrated, richer, deeper, and crafted for all-day presence.

EDP:
Refined, expressive, and effortlessly wearable for everyday indulgence. Both offer distinct artistic interpretations — choose based on intensity and mood.

How long does delivery take?

For UK residents, standard delivery typically takes 2–5 working days.

Can I purchase a Discovery Box as a gift?

Yes — each vial contains 50–70 sprays, allowing you to test each scent across different days, moods, and environments before choosing your signature

Are these the same formulations as the 100ml bottles?

Yes. Every Discovery vial contains the exact same concentration, formula, and raw materials as our full bottles — no dilutions, no shortcuts.
